Session Times & Collection Arrangements

Session Options

We offer the following session times:
  • Morning Session: 8:00am – 1:00pm
  • Afternoon Session: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Full Day Session: 8:00am – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Please note that the nursery closes promptly at 6:00pm.

Collection Arrangements & Late Collection

Parents and carers are expected to collect their child at the agreed collection time. If an unavoidable delay occurs, the nursery must be informed by telephone as soon as possible.
The nursery reserves the right to apply charges for care provided outside of agreed session times. A late collection fee of £25 for every 15 minutes (or part thereof) will be charged after the agreed pick-up time.
Persistent late collection may result in a review of childcare arrangements in line with our safeguarding and welfare responsibilities.

Arrival & Handover of Children

For safeguarding purposes, parents and carers are required to hand their child directly to a member of staff at the start of each session. This ensures the child’s safety and that their attendance is accurately recorded in the nursery register, in line with EYFS requirements.
